Requirements for Membership
Membership in the Association shall be limited to Sheet Metal, Roofing, Sheeting and Decking, and Air Handling Contractors in the area of Toronto engaged in the business of manufacturing, fabrication, assembling, handling, erection, installation, dismantling, reconditioning, adjustment, alteration, repairing, and servicing of Sheet Metal Work and of any other items including controls, insulation, piping, and refrigeration pertaining to or associated with ventilation, air conditioning, warm air heating and any other air handling system.
The Board of Directors admit any contractor engaged in the businesses set out above to membership in the Association. Membership may not be denied except for fair and reasonable cause.
The members of the Association shall consist of the Sheet Metal and Air Contractors who are members in good standing as of the date of this enactment and those who shall hereafter become members of the Association in accordance with these Articles of Association.
